Green = Beginners - The perfect way to kick start your fitness plan or try out a new class - don't be shy, give it a try!
Amber =Intermediates - Anybody can attend these classes- just work at your own pace!
Red = Advanced- Either harder, faster or more advanced routines - not for the faint hearted!

GREEN - All welcome - suitable for Beginners
Beginner Aerocycle 30 minutes – Short first ride for Newbie’s! Please let the instructor know if you are new to this class so they can show you the correct way to set adjust the bike.
Beginner Aerocycle & Tone – 30 minutes ride & 15 min on the floor to tone up.
Bums Legs & Tums - Suitable for all ages & sizes, this class targets all of your body from head to toe to tighten all those important bits.
Fit Ball - We sit on it, lean on it, roll on it, stand against it and use weights on it. Most of all we have fun on it!
Hatha Yoga - Stretch and strengthen muscles, keep joints mobile, improve posture & reduce the impact of every day stresses and strains on your body.
Pilates for Beginners – Three week courses are run in January, May, July & September. Please book your place at reception.
Zumba – The popular Latin inspired dance fitness programme. Party time!
AMBER - Getting Fitter
Glide - New class using specifically designed discs! Come and try it - you will need to book your glide
Cardio Glide - An exciting Hi Low aerobic workout combined with glide discs for a more dynamic and fun workout
Kettlebells– One peice of equipment, one goal and that's fat liberation!
Aerocycle - Popular group cycling classes with no complicated moves to learn.
Aerocycle & Tone – 30 minute ride & 15 min on the floor to tone up.
Boxercise–Fun and hard work. Beating out the stress of your day on punch bags & pads will burn calories and make you feel amazing.
Circuits – This popular class will improve aerobic fitness and strength.
Pilates - Develop body awareness, improve and change the body’s postural and alignment habits and increase flexibility. Please attend beginner course first.
Rep & Step – Some choreography, but it will make you sweat on a step!
Shirley special (SS)–A fun filled class with lots of variety to keep you active & motivated. Includes aerobics & step routines which are easy to learn.
RED - Very Fit - Learn the moves at a Green class first!
High Energy – Motivating & challenging – not for the faint-hearted!
Aerocycle 30 minutes – Hard & fast ride! Hold on to those handlebars!
Aquacise - A great way to work out in the water and have fun.
